Khosyi is an Associate of HARTAMULYA, ANDRYANUS & SIAHAAN graduated from Faculty of Law
Universitas Indonesia. He has been involved chiefly in handling the Firms' litigation and
dispute resolution matters. His experience includes legal opinion drafting, advising clients
on an amicable and/or out-of-court settlements, and representing clients in criminal, civil,
and commercial courts, all of which is conducted throughout various legal issues, including;
land ownership / real estate disputes, breaches of contracts, medical malpractices,
liabilities concerning false advertisements, inheritance disputes, company bankruptcies,
shareholder disputes, insurance disputes, and employee embezzlements. Aside from court
representations, Khosyi also regularly advises and represents clients that is
scheduled to appear before the Indonesian Police Force, Public Prosecutor's Offices,
and quasi-judicial institutions, such as the Indonesian Medical Disciplinary Board.
He is qualified to appear before all Indonesian Courts
Firly is a Cum Laude graduate from Faculty of Law - Universitas Tarumanagara
majoring in International Law Prior to joining HARTAMULYA. ANDRYANUS & SIAHAAN.
she honed her legal skills by worked as an Intern in a law firm based in Jakarta
and as Legal Intern at Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institute where she assisted public
defender in providing pro bono legal assistance. During her college days, Firly
actively joined numerous organization and participating in various National Debate
Competition and International Moot Court competitions. such as Philip C Jessup
International Law Moot Court Competition, National Debate of Padjajaran Law Fair,
National Debate Competition - The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
She was an active speaker in various student discussions, mentor to her juniors
in study group discussions, and represent Universitas Tarumanagara for student
exchange program in University of Malaya, Malaysia. As an associate
of HARTAMULYA, ANDRYANUS & SIAHAAN, she has worked across a wide variety
of practice areas in line with the firm's policy of exposing young lawyers
to as much cross-specialization experience as possible. Firly focuses her
practice on the general corporate, foreign investments, employment, criminal,
civil and commercial dispute in various legal issues and white-collar crime
litigation. She is qualified to appear before all Indonesian Courts
